Cancellation Policy
Discount Bicycle Store requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Notifications can be made in person, via email, text message, fax, or other acceptable means, but must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
Please note that we reserve the right to apply a $30 fee to cover any administrative costs resulting from the cancellation.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and Discount Bicycle Store reserve the right to terminate any Service Agreement at any time, including during the delivery of services already in progress. Refunds will not be issued for services that are considered to have commenced and are actively underway.
However, any payments made for services that have not been utilized will be refunded accordingly.
