Wheels, rims, non-folding tyres and child seats are shipped exclusively with DPD within USA and other countries.
- How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the type of bike purchased and your location. Please refer to our U.S. shipping rates below. For international shipping or territories outside the U.S., please contact your local retailer for more information.

- All Other States:
- Kids’ Bikes: $25
- Vintage, Commuter & Comfort Bikes: $50
- Fat Bikes: $75
- eBikes: $100
- What are my estimated dispatch & shipping times?
Delivery times may vary based on the size of the items ordered. Larger, bulky goods may take longer to arrive compared to smaller items.
Once your order has been shipped, you may have access to tracking information and an estimated delivery date to keep you updated on your order’s progress.
- Can I purchase online and collect in store?
We recommend this service for customers who feel less confident assembling their bike. When you choose to collect from a store, your bike will be fully assembled, adjusted, and inspected by an experienced mechanic, ensuring it’s ready to ride.
During the checkout process, you can select the dealer where you’d like to collect your bike for a hassle-free experience.
- Does my bike come pre-assembled if I get it delivered?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled and carefully packaged for protection. The final assembly includes:
- Installing the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle
- Adjusting the brakes
- Tuning the gears
We strongly recommend having the assembly completed by a professional bike mechanic or someone with appropriate experience. Please note that damage caused by incorrect assembly—such as improperly installing pedals—is not covered under warranty.
If you choose to assemble the bike yourself, refer to our Video Assembly Guides for clear, step-by-step instructions. Be sure to have the correct tools on hand for a successful setup.
- Does someone have to be home for my delivery?
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive your order. If no one is present, the courier may leave a “Sorry we missed you” card, allowing you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience.
